the most recent quote from Sean is “we have not lost on a technical evaluation” he then goes on to say what we are seeing is some companies continuing with their current tech, some companies not continuing in making a chip or some companies just delaying.
whilst it’s all well and good to not lose on a technical stand point. It also doesn’t pay the bills if no one decides to make a chip…
existing technology is “good enough” as the insiders say.
take qualcomm for example… why would they have a need to introduce a akida based snapdragon when their current snapdragon still outperforms its competitors…
