In the Top 50 shareholders it should be noted that there are actually five persons who were either employees, CEOs or directors:

1. Mr. Neil Robert RINALDI
2. Mr. Steven Jeffrey LIEBESKIND
3. Mr. Louis DINARDO
4. Mr. Robert MITRO
5. Mr. Adam OSSEIRAN

The two founders Peter van der Made and Anil Mankar remain holders however Mr. Mankar holds his via a Nominee as does Mr. Mitro.

Some of the above hold through family funds.

When one looks down the Top 50 list there are a number of Nominee accounts hiding the true owners it is not possible to say what other employees past or present may also be using this method of holding shares.
