Top 20 ann 20/10/21 shows that he still held the 11,779,362 shares.
Top 20 ann 28/4/23 shows he held 5,921,536 shares. So he obviously has sold a lot of shares. No market disclosure required.
Top 20 ann dated 24/7/23 shows he still held 5,921,536 shares.
TOP 20 ann 24/10/23 shows he was no longer in the top 20. He has obviously sold enough to drop out. No market disclosure required.
From the 24/10/23 on LDN was disclosed in Top 50 holder lists of financial organisations from BRN's share registry.
According to the Top 50 lists he holds 4.921,536 shares.
It is interesting that you suggest the BRN share registry is peddling at a cost incorrect share holding information to Financial organisations. That is a big accusation or fanciful call for you to make and strikes at the heart of their business reputation.
That can influence BUY and SELL decisions of the market.
Perhaps you should consider contacting the registry.
The fact is that LDN still holds 4.921,536 shares whether you can accept it or not. Bullish? Your call.
Perhaps you do want to accept this because its bullish that an ex CEO who played a huge part in building BRN and likely still has contacts, holds and believes in the future of the company.
Still resorting to the fall back position downrampers use of personal insults when faced with positive facts.
