Now to answer your question, in March 2024, there was a Capital Call by LDA.

Look at the date of the Capital Call, and look at the share price a few days prior to the call, and after the announcement.

You will see what is going on.

This is not a new phenomenon, you are more than welcome to look at the LDA Ann history and compare those with the share price and make your own decisions.
