You have a very valid point. Since the time of 1st strike company is admitting the same but doing nothing to that regard.
So it means either there is no worthy updates or company is forced not to update.
so if the 1st point is valid that means there should be no incentive to management be paid.
if the second point i
s valid then why cannot they form a policy that incentives cannot be monetised until company can show reasons of those incentives.
Sean and Antonio are the top management top sellers of those incentives.
