To break even we need
1. a wealthy customer who needs 2 million akida2 chips and is willing to pay for the tape-out a generic one.
2. That wealthy customer needs to let BRN use that tape out so we can produce and sell some of these chips on the open market even to competitors of our wealthy customer.
3. That same wealthy customer needs to buy 5% of the company.
Then SP = $2.25
and we can sell enough shares so that we are free-carying the remainder, (and our wealthy client is even wealthier than before.)
