Its a new product and Sean initially got it wrong - its move on from the past and get on with what is ahead.
Renesas announced it was taping the chip. Its subject to an NDA.
There is no evidence to suggest that Renesas as a successful business did not produce this chip for commercial gain. To suggest otherwise is an expected is frankly naive.
