how do you know this? Do you know him personally? Has he told you this?
Sean has said many things over time regarding the timing of vendor/companies decisions etc. many have not come to fruition. His job is to sell. To sell the brainchip company to (shareholder) investors as well as the product to potential vendors/companies.
Nothing would surprise me at this stage in his tenure.
