One can argue the the company would need to disclose that things have seized but I'm sure that companies would diddle daddle with that particular topic. Its a very good question.
This also brings the thought of Ford whats up with them if they walked away would we disclose that?
Maybe I look to much into it but agreed if there was 100 % proof we are there the SP would be higher but the next unknown is revenue lol.
