Hard to see the next deal coming from phones.
Snapdragon (android phones) have developed their own neural processor
Samsung have their own exynos NP and also use snapdragon
iphone have bionic chip that includes NP
Softbank (Arm) have just bought Graphcore, who already has ethos.
So we're probably looking for a new cheap smartphone that doesn't want to pay all the licensing fees to Arm, Snapdragon etc
Maybe one based on risc-v
Lastly, Arm is so, so over this AI accelerator unit craze:
