Unfortunately I cannot access the entire document but when you open the link if you expand the listed References you will see it is littered with Brainchip AKIDA citations.

We of course already know from the Brainchip podcast that ESA is working on more than one project with AKIDA technology to be revealed later in the year according to Mr. Hili.

The two ESA employees responsible for the above paper suggest that at least one of those projects is for cognitive space communications.

This ties in with the work done by the Ericsson researchers who built a prototype AKIDA powered zero energy camera for 6G and the ISL NASA SBIR for cognitive communications project involving AKIDA technology.
