I was just realizing the time of hype created at the time of Mercedes. Brainchip management admits akida 1000 was not sufficient to support that price. They also know they will need more funds for development and they sell 10 million shares in that hype and that too around $1.10.
so why the management was proactive then and sell may be another 50-100 million shares that will put company in a very good position as well as the hype could had been blown away. That was a start cycle of interest rate increases. Our CFO should be in a position to look at broader picture. He is getting almost 1 million dollar a year.
