The fact that the following did not require an ASX Continuous Disclosure Agreement announcement is conclusive proof that there could already be other such commercial agreements in place with other companies even ones as large as Airbus that Brainchip has entered but due to the conditions contained in the NON DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT and the terms of the contract regarding payment they have not been disclosed to the market or to shareholders.

Accordingly unless someone has insider information that a commercial agreement has NOT been entered then asking the question why has an agreement not been entered has to fail on the grounds of logic. Just as no one here can say a commercial agreement has been entered with Tata Elxsi no one can say one has not been entered.

Someone of normal reason however may be of the mind that as both Tata Elxsi and Brainchip have announced they have partnered and that it is to drive the adoption of AKIDA technology in medical and industrial use cases these two companies would have more than just an unstructured casual relationship and that there would be agreements in place defining their respective roles and expectations one of the other in the pursuit of this goal.

Indeed it would be ludicrous to believe otherwise.
