It doesn’t matter what we are thinking, because the board was prepared for the fact that hardly any of the small investors would accept this offer, especially at this time when the share price was under the offering price. The SPP offer was never really significant from the start. Just my opinion. Whether, why, or how is now just gossip over coffee.
