Very unusual for any company to have any staff turnover.
Lack of commercial deals is a more salient point.
Though, a contrarian thought....ever considered that Sean has been applying the broom slowly though the company at various points and for various underperformances?
He may be just as unimpressed with performance as well and we don't know the selection process of hires but he will be aware that the buck stops with him from a SH viewpoint.
Always two sides to consider.
