Oticon develop their own AI chips using DNN (not SNN) which they product at TSMC in 28nm chips.
They have a system called Brainhearing (interesting name) which they have been developing for a number of years.
Since it is all a closed system developed inhouse, they clearly aren't using akida chips, but it doesn't mean they aren't possibly licensing akida in their tech and under NDA.
I would agree it is unlikely as you say, doing so should be announced via ASX.
