It would seem obvious that becoming a partner of brn is not a clause contained in the nda; otherwise we would be hearing of lawsuits.
When brn works with another party, that company will be disclosing information about its operations, in other words, its capabilities. The partnering company does not want sensitive information, such as their research and development to reach its competitors, thus allowing rivals to copy its products.
You would have to take it up with brn themselves as to why partnerships are not announced on the asx, however, their website is kept up-to-date for all to see.
