The problem is a contract basically has to state the $ amount before it can be announced under ASX rules. Eg the deal is for supply of at least xxxx amount of chips or whatever per year. Then an estimate of revenue can be made and an announcement will follow.
When we sign an IP contract that appears material ie to a big business company without $$$ in the contract that could likely be announced with a rider that revenue estimates cannot be provided - unless there is an NDA of course.
Contracts with low revenue companies with no $$$ attached forget it.
It really is a case of watch the financials.
BRN announces every thing in the US. If there is anything substantual without $ attached and can't be announced via the ASX, the press here will pick it up .
Even the space venture whilst important and IMO should lead to great things does not warrant and ASX ann.
