intended to provide all BrainChip shareholders with an opportunity to hear an update on the
Company’s commercialisation strategy, to listen to both the CEO and the newly appointed CTO
discuss the roll-out of new products such as Akida 2.0 and the Akida Edge Box hardware product,
and importantly, to ask questions. The Virtual Investor Roadshow is part of an ongoing effort to
enhance communication with investors and proved very popular. It will be repeated later this year".
