Pricing model
Something we have never discussed on these threads (most likley because we don't know) is BRN's pricing policy.
Potential customer comes to you saying we'd like to use your technology in a new widget we are developing that has AI workloads - how much?

Three fees can be charged...

1. Sign-on fee: essentially a small fee that is designed to say "show us you're serious and have deep pockets."
2. Tech development fees: BRN have some 40 to 60 engineers who do nothing other than provide technical advice and customization support to help new customers develop their widget using BRN AI.
3. Ongoing license fee: this could be a one-off and could be limited (license runs out after a fixed period), unlimited (yours forever) or based on units sold.The option chosen will affect the size of the fee.

But and however. When you are tying to penetrate a market and establish first revenues and an installed base of users that can be referenced to help close future deals, you may provide very attractive pricing. You might even give it away just to seed the market. This is called penetration pricing. As distinct from price skimming or another strategy.

We don't know what their pricing strategy is - but, likley it will be discriminatory - i.e. different for each deal.
