We have been told some things, and it would be good if we could try and understand them better, eg

We have had enquiries resulting in 8 akida-chip designs for specific OEM's. These are covered by NDAs, hence we can not know who they are. Clearly the licensing to these OEMs has stalled. So what has management done to protect us? What insurance do we have when they effectively withdraw after all that work, when the OEM can delay indefinitely any decision? I would hope that BRN retains the IP in what they have brought to the design. The OEM presumably has only brought their sensor data and asked BRN to model it for use with Akida.

What can management do to circumvent this situation?

It has cost us a lot to employ the 78 staff/engineers to solve these OEM's problems. If the OEMs don't wish to continue, ( deemed after 18 months delay) what should we do with our IP contained within these 8 akida-chip designs?

I think we need to come up with a list of questions to put to Sean at the AGM - questions that shed light on the management decisions we don't understand through lack of announcements.
