It needs to procure royalty payments in the 10s of millions before it could be considered succeeding. As that is their business model, and it is not receiving said royalty payments yet.
The rest is just empty promises, continued realigning narratives, and social media fodder that proves nothing.
The bottom line is all that counts now henceforth.
