IMO, there is no chance of a spill it takes > 50% of proxies at the AGM to make it happen.
Compare to a strike which requires only > 25%.
BRN is strategically ensuring funds large holders are 'on side'.
The downrampers carrying on about a spill are just making their usual trouble.
