2024 Cap Raise discussion

IMU only have 2.3 quarters of funding as at the 30 Sept 2024 Quarterly Report, meaning less than 2 quarters of funding as at now, (estimate 1.8 quarters of funding as at now = cash runs out by April 2025).

An urgent Cap raise is the most important consideration for IMU shareholders and the company. This cap raise needs to happen before Christmas New Year holiday period.

My thoughts are:

• sp at cap raise : 4c
• Cap raise discount: 30% to 40%
• Cap raise price = 2.4c to 2.8c (mid 2.6c)
• Plus generous free options, eg one for one.
• Plus possibility retail SPP (not guaranteed since 2023 SPP was poorly taken up).

How I am playing this?

• sold all my IMU shares except a residual (minimum) holding just in case of a retail SPP
• Eg. CommSec can’t sell a stock down to below $500 total value. Meaning you have to sell to just above $500 remaining value or sell all to zero holding. Or if you have zero holding and wanted to buy, you need to buy at least $500 worth. Each platform is different.
• This play worked a dream for the 2023 cap raise. Eg held $500 worth of IMU, participated in the $30k IMU SPP, sold the SPP shares at a significant profit in a few months, keeping the free options to sell later for more profit. Made total profit of over $30k on my initial $500 IMU holding (of course I had to top up $30k for the SPP for a short time only until I flipped the SPP
  shares).
