I had discounted a news drop. Cynically, I would have expected anything substantive be Ann ahead of the AGM. Could be wrong. We will know today. 2 circa 50mill trading days preceded the 3 Complete Responses Ann on Sep 2nd. That day then saw volume of 300 million, a peak of 8c before fizzing out just as quick. I suspect a major holder sold heavily into that Ann, taking the wind out of the run. (Hi Ben.)
If we see volume and a similar rise today, expect a news drop tomoz. It would be a much tighter ship if a deal was coming. Less people in the know.
Side bar, in my game, wine sales, the worst person to have in the room when negotiating deals is the winemaker. They talk technical, not selling points. Imv, it is the same w LC. Trial minutiae is her happy place. We need the sizzle out front and atm I don’t see that person. Nick is a bigger loss than ppl realize.
