I'm more of a swing / position trader. All depends, I guess. My ideal situation is for a stock to slowly move up and have a trailing stop loss. if it moves quickly, I'll get out.
see how this plays out. could hold for a few days or 6 months!! my goal is to add to a winning position over time. My strategy is to average 'up'.
