    we already had:

    1. continuous production
    1.1 final works
    2. only 2nd asx listed
    3. 42 years 12kt pa or 24 years 24kt pa
    3.1 approval 10kt pa expansion
    3.2 final works continuous production
    4. land acquisition
    5. ATL investor with aligned interest
    6. product sale S.Korea

    ALL WITHIN 3 MONTHS

    Wait for it:

    7. plant closure care maintenance & works wont be completed

    what positives news are we waiting for?

    1. shareholder issues proceedings against AGY?
