But one should know then when price goes out of this channel, it doesn't really confirm anything other than the gradient at which its travelling is suddenly no longer, and we have not all the information we need to know where its going next for quite some time.

a temporary moment outside of a channel also isn't a big deal. For instance i could mess with what big end of down are doing and put in enough orders to send it on a new trajectory, but after a couple of days the big dogs will put it back within the channel

For example, we saw the price extend upward and outward beyond the upper bracket on 28 November, only for it to go back to the rules of the channel. This one only extended outward because i think the shorters had to buy-back in because their lender could no longer lend stocks to them anymore due to AGYs low market cap now (probably outside of some index or some qualification).


When price exits a channel we need to wait for 3 price points ( 2 highs, 1 low) or (2 lows, 1 high) to understand the direction (bullish or bearish) as well as gain an understanding of what the new channel is.

E.g. Something like this (1) alone is not enough, otherwise it can simply re-enter the channel like before, or start a new bearish one just at a different gradient.
