To cherry pick a chart YTD and ignore the bigger picture when it's been trading most of this year at prices seen in 2017, shows the rampers have more motives than anyone else.
Careful now though mate, now that you've posted the picture as a whole, you've put a target on your back as they'll spin that as pushing a negative narrative, as this real situation doesn't fit theirs
