Price is trading above its weekly exponential Moving Average.
The MACD Line has crossed the signal & the histogram is expanding.
Relative strength is ticking up.
Volume a tad low but worth a watch for increasing.
In other words, the index is now in an uptrend according to my methodology but not necessarily others.
AGY will try & track the index.
