LOL, we've been hearing about how the "shorts would burn" for years now mate. It's pretty tough to benefit from a short squeeze if they've already wound down their positions though, isn't it? On the other hand, if we can genuinely expect a lithium price recovery, as so many here do, those 22% shorts (worth $2.7b) in PLS are going to have a rough time all rushing for the door at once. There are only about $4m worth of shorts remaining in AGY, so there's not many to squeeze really.
But I'm sure I don't need to tell you this.....
