I suppose they’d use whatever system they think would most likely yield the desired result at the time - perhaps they vary, or perhaps they look for signals from multiple systems coinciding, to improve their chances?
Imo they would ultimately deal with signals that they think will trigger “most” TA traders… it’s all probablistic, after all!

imo it’s pretty safe to assume that they employ various and complex tactics, since there is/can be so much money at stake, and integrity etc are down the bottom of their list of concerns.
