    Unfortunately, UK this year (4 months ago) has withdrew from this World Energy Treaty to prevent fossil fuel company to sue the government. Cuadrilla need to move fast because the Treaty will become legal ineffective after 12 months from the withdrawal.
    The Tory minister announced the withdrawal around Jan this year so really they only have 6 months to file the case.
    I am not sure Cuadrilla/AJL has the competence to take on the case.
