IMO $8-12 is not an "if", its a "when".
If spodumene price doubles from here to about $2000 (it was 3 times that not long ago), they complete P1000, and take up the option of the extra % equity on POSCO....PLS will be swimming in money. So either the dividend will be extraordinary or they will be investing the money back into more growth or both.
