".......I remember the day you switched from being pro trump to anti Trump. It was the day after Trump drone striked the terrorist Solemani...."

WATSO CONFIRMED THE ABOVE TO BE TOTALLY WRONG .. watso was anti trump well before the killing of soleimani ...

so the rest of the relevant piece does not really apply.. ie :-

"....just curious where you stand in light of the fact that the pentagon has just admitted they drone striked 7 children in Afghanistan.I guess I’m curious about exactly what principles you stand by."

the killing of soleimani was TOTALLY WRONG - and DESPICABLE .. and so typical of bully boy america who seem to think they can do as they please in this world ..

soleimani was in iraq as a guest of the iraqi government - and was working on mending bridges with saudi arabia ..

Adil Abdul-Mahdi, Prime Minister of Iraq, said he was scheduled to meet Soleimani on the day the attack happened, with the purpose of Soleimani's trip being that Soleimani was delivering Iran's response to a previous message from Saudi Arabia which Iraq had relayed..

as watso posted on the day that soleimani was killed .. but posted prior to the assassination..

SHAME ON TRUMP.. SHAME ON AMERICA ..

america with their drone strokes , and killing plenty of civilians - sure helped the taliban to gain support ...

OH and never to forget the killing of unarmed peoples by australian SAS - also helped the cause of the taliban

and the the recent drone strike killing of totally innocent persons was also totally DESPICABLE.. ..

if the implication that watso is in anyway hypocritical .. then the assumption is totally wrong ..

oh back to soleimani ... it was the iran backed militias that helped defeat ISIS in iraq ...

ISIS were rapidly gaining ground - and heading towards Baghdad - from memory, ISIS encountered very little resistance from the sunnis ... it was the shia (ie iran backed) who put up the fight against ISIS .

The Charter of the United Nations generally prohibits the use of force against other states, if a country does not consent to it on its territory.[234] The Government of Iraq did not grant permission to the U.S. to target a military commander from another country on its soil.[232][234] Some legal experts believe a lack of consent from Iraq makes it difficult for the U.S. to justify the attack.[234]

Agnès Callamard, the United Nations special rapporteur on extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions, issued an opinion that the airstrike "most likely violate[d] international law incl[uding] human rights law", adding that killing of other individuals alongside Soleimani was "absolutely unlawful".[229][235] On 6 July 2020, Callamard said that the attack was first known incident in which a nation invoked self-defence as a justification for an attack against a state actor in the territory of a third country and that the United States has failed to provide sufficient evidence of an ongoing or imminent attack against its interests in order to justify the strike...
