Just to clarify, it was an observation, not a criticism of management. They are not an investment company so carrying a stake of that size does not come without risk. It was the strong demand for the equity raising that allowed the Lead Managers to facilitate NRW's sell-down for them at that time. It provided an uncomplicated off-ramp and it had already appreciated significantly.
