George is a shareholder, like you.
Lucky Phil is on the BoDs.
Both are SurgCentre-esk.
You want to romanticize what George is up to because there's less that can be said as he is as much of a shareholder as anyone else. For all we know (which is close to nil), he's the basis of a takeover - hostile or otherwise. We know he's American so he's not really associated with the ASX, if you get my drift.
If he was close to SI, one would imagine they (collectively) would want to show that closeness? Think AW and SI's article in 2021 that led to AW selling down (because he is an excellent researcher). That's an example of a united front.....for the good of shareholders (well, one particular shareholder, anyway).
