You are pretending that Mesoblast can commercialise CLBP. That's not possible. As in, impossible.

Right now, today, Mesoblast doesn't have the manufacturing capability. 3D, you say? Yeah, shareholders have paid for it a couple of times but stuff happens.....does Mesoblast have it - that's a loud and definite no. I'll give you a tip: Mesoblast is going to need cash from a partnership to get 3D off the ground - LOTS OF CASH!

Realise that Grunenthal has not updated this web page since this deal was re-negotiated (which led to Mesoblast being paid LESS upfront) and then read what I have highlighted.

They are going to do the USA on their own? What about the "corporate strategy" nominated by SI above? "maximise market access" not needed for little 'ol American. If it was Malta, MSB would struggle!



They have been forced to go it alone with another CLPB P3 FDA trial. To think they have not been forced to go it alone is really naive. Mesoblast does not have enough cash to last until the finish of the CLBP P3 trial that they just started.
