Nobody here, let alone anyone, is going to be able to answer that with useful precision: I reckon they would need another approval and revenue on top of pediatric sragvhd to ensure sufficient cash flow to meet their obligations and have sufficient CAPEX and reinvestment covered off too. assuming all goes swimmingly, you could estimate that's probably 5~ years away (i.e. cash flow is coming in from pediatric agvhd AND something from either CLBP, adult agvhd OR CHF).

I'm sure someone (likely the person you have tagged) could provide enough window-dressing and "logic" to show dividends paying out next year, and on the flip side downrampers could do the same to show dividends being paid out in a scenario no earlier than 10 years (or never). Personally it's a WHEN not an IF, but it's too early and, IMO, not the kind of investment to consider from a cash flow/dividend angle as a high risk growth investment style company (at this stage).
