I know the announcement did say "the proposed BLA", and so arguably begged the question whether an AA was proposed (say, in the alternative at the last meeting).

But I think they're still anticipating and working to standard approval on paediatric aGVHD, and IMO that'd make it easier for label extension to adults in due course. I didn't read anything to the contrary in the BP update posted on HC.

I think there are some overriding considerations here (altho' it'd be nice to put adults on the label from the getgo) - remember we're dealing with the FDA, and we've been this close to the tryline previously. The ball will not be stolen from us this time, IMO.
