It's a possibility for sure, and if FDA are not fully satisfied with CRL2 response , it's the only possibility of nearterm approval.
From BMT perspective, why would they start a trial, that may be confounded from the outset, where as a 3 to 9 month delay they will know for sure.
They are aware of the 5 year delay MSB are currently stuck in, and are trying to help MSB move forward, unfortunately which is mostly hinging on FDAs sentiments, which are changing... but to what exactly we wont know for 3- 9 months.
