In my opinion, GvHD patients ( adults ), are likely to get it off label, however in order for that to occur, the hospital needs to be one of the handfull of hospitals mesoblast has selected that stock the product, have sales force, have training for delivery for the GvHD case.

I can't see a doctor from another hospital, with no training on use of the cells, to request cells regularly for completely different off label cases. Remember this is the doctor in this case taking the risk.

Chrons in paricular is a completely different delivery method and ammount of cells. There won't be instructions with the label on how to treat crohns, so I don't see widespread adoption of any of these off label types except for GvHD related in my opinion.

But - who knows,

Depends how many doctors are willing to take the risk I suppose, and if insurers are willing to cover that particular off use case, or if the patient has the funds to pay themselves.
