The same for children also, so we may even find patients are prescribed the cells ( which are anti-inflamatory ), instead of steroids, particularly for patients who have other issues that make steroid use high risk. So that might be 10x if taken straight after steroids for adults, potentially about 20x if taken instead of steroids.

I am sure the steroid non response rate is in the 50% area, but I am assuming here the second line non response rate is 50% of those who never resposponded to the first line... That's my assumption, you would have to find the actual numbers...... but as you mention, at least 10x, maybe 20x the adult market, with children potentially 2x aswell.

As soon as they commence using instead of steroids with positive outcomes... or using as First line standard of care with steroids...... all the other serious indications that use steroids are now on the radar further..... ARDS... SEPSIS..... anything that needs long term anti inflamatory action.
