hey led. there is charts for msc with/without dex in the presso. dex only didnt do much.
under 65 still did well without steroids (26% mortality vs 42%, p .05). but did better with steroids ( 14% vs 45% p .01)
im also interested in time to ventilation but apart from being dosed earlier those pilot subjects under 65 also got a more appropriate dose for their level of inflammation. im a bit obsessed with prophylaxis at the moment. how about msc as prophylaxis for ventilator induced lung injury.
so for under 65 the ards patent application says msc and already taking steroid or msc and administer steroid but importantly the dosage for the trail was 2mill/kg
there is a separate patent application for over 65 (which suffer higher infammation) for dosage of 4mill through to 6, 8.
