Adults is another story, and I don't really know how crazy off label use will be. Could easily be same numbers as child.
I remember SI stating 40 %, with bioreactors 60% , and someone from the Botanix thread has reminded me that MSB basically don't have that much of a say on how much profit they keep, as the remaining 40% has to go towards manufacturing, pharmacy, insurers, etc.....
60% would be above average in the US industry for pharma. 70% I cannot imagine happening unless I hear it from Si's mouth.
