I thought the same thing. Slow down MSB for years and years with tough requirements while big pharma try and catch up then realise the tough requirements will be just as big a problem for big pharma. So just before they finally approve MSB they change the goal posts for those that follow to have a quicker easier pathway to the $$$.
Or they just caught up with the science MSB has and are more comfortable to approve now with no hidden agenda....
