The last time someone asked a pricing question to SI recently, he said to look at the cost of similar genetic based cancer treatments like CAR-T I believe.
CAR-T is priced somewhere between 500K and 1M USD, so that is the ballpark area I expect the "average" price to be. In Japan it is sold per dose, and the dose varies based on weight and some people have continuation doses... so there really is no standard price apart from heavier people ( adults ) are going to cost about 30% more than pediatric kids on average, and the ballpark is 500 to 1M.
Remember this is the only treatement that has demonstrated an actual mortality reduction, including against second line products which show no mortality reduction. It is a 1 off treatment, will be re-imbursed by US insurance.
