The price already went from 0.30 to 1.20 purely on an announcement that they were planning on resubmitting.
The hype is very much built in, imo.
Once again you are spot on Doc- if you take out all the other news, directors purchases, minor stuff like AA meeting for heart failure and complete reversal of company strategy.
