HOW can you expect SI and MSB to maximise shareholder value when the FDA has been so arbitrary and incompetent? It's only just being sorted out.

What I'm concerned about right NOW on US Independence Day is the developments in the US politically and the Supreme Court ruling out the Chevron doctrine which allows the FDA to establish precedents and a body of decision making. Such as the FDA.

Along with providing absolute immunity to the President (within very washy guidelines) This is a Consitutional crisis.

It's about the SC establishing autocracy for Trump and his cronies and granting immunity even to acts of murder or theft.

This is the most serious threat and it's almost unimaginable, and it's a sovereign risk to anyone who invests in the US. I've foreshadowed this before that we have to see the outcome of the elections. The Supreme Court has issued a series of threats to democracy which is unprecedented. This is a menace.
