Actually the Kabul disaster can be laid squarely at Trump's feet. During his four years as President the US army was supposed to be training and equipping the Afghan army to fight the Taliban. However when the Taliban approached Kabul the Afghan army cut and ran. Trump's administration completely failed.
and many deaths were the result.
